This  in-shop unit serves as a mechanized alternative for processing poultry inside a shop located in or around the marketplace. It is a composite unit; packaged with a table for evisceration and a portioning machine for cut-ups. A optional water chiller can be attached to the line to add value to the final product. The unit addresses public health and hygiene concerns which chicken cutting shops in daily markets fail to do.

Its used for Retail shops that processes around 500 birds per day.
