The Sirman ice crusher is designed for professional use in any bar or restaurant serving frozen drinks or cocktails. It can crush ice cubes from an ice cube machine up to 40x40mm in size at -3 degrees C. Designed for prolonged use the ice crusher has a ventilated motor with gear transmission. A microswitch on the lid stops the motor when the lid is opened to safeguard the user.

The body of the crusher is made from aluminium with a stainless steel container and food-grade ABS opening and stainless steel blades. The thickness of the ice produced can be adjusted via the discharge.
